Our leadership team

Sonu Shankar leads the company’s global operations across Product Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Development. He brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a career spanning product innovation, and development, go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining Phosphorus, Sonu served as Head of XDR Product at Arctic Wolf, following product development and strategy roles at Cisco focused on trustworthy technologies and threat detection. He began his security career as a Researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico.Sonu holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University.
