Chris Rouland, founder and CEO of Phosphorus Cybersecurity, and former CTO of IBM, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss the risk of the of Russia-Ukraine crisis spilling over into a cyber conflict between Russia and the West. Chris notes Russia could target Western nations’ financial services, critical infrastructure and energy sectors in response to stringent sanctions imposed in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
